All resume templates, planners, and digital downloads are available for instant download after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once files have been accessed.

Physical Products (Coming Soon)
Physical products (workspace essentials, travel accessories, and home decor) are made-to-order and typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for production and shipping.
Shipping Delays
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or transit disruptions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or stolen after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance if you would like extended coverage beyond standard rates.
Reporting Shipping Issues
Please report any damage or shipping issues within 48 hours of receiving your package. Retain all packaging for insurance claims if applicable.
